Our process is simple in 5 easy steps.

Contact Us
The first step will be to complete the "Start Planning" form which will assist in creating the first set of notes needed to curate your dream trip. Upon completion a consultation meeting will be scheduled.

Consultation
Quite arguably the most important step in the process is the consultation meeting. This complimentary consultation is not just to discuss your destination but it is also where we sit down to review your budget, wants, needs, likes, dislikes, and everything in between. You will then have the option to secure our services with a planning fee based on the travel party size, length of stay and destination. Once this has been secure then let the planning commence!

Itinerary Design
Curated travel begins with you in mind and is completely customized. Upon your consultation we then begin the process of creating an experience tailored for you taking into account your list of requests and pairing those with our exclusive travel partners. We will arrange hotels, transfers, tours, excursions and more as is requested by each client. Our services include VIP perks as well as additional value added amenities based on which partners we utilize for your itinerary. Some of which include:

Confirmation & Approval
Once your itinerary has been completed you will sign off and approve your trip. We then finalize all the small details, upgrade, amenities, special requests, and more. Our goal is to create a bespoke voyage that meets and exceeds your expectations. We are engaged with you along the way discussing ever changing travel protocols, travel insurance and providing our insider knowledge to take your trip to the next level. At last, we provide you with our itinerary app, displaying all trip details in the palm of your hand.

Pack Your Bags & Depart
The time has come. Pack your bags, get your passports ready; it's time to begin your voyage! If any issues arise while at your destination we have a team of in-destination partners to solve any complication you may have.
